So exhausted!!!

Holy moly I’m exhausted!!! Who knew that having an infant, a toddler, a teen and student teaching would be beyond exhausting…

I knew it would be but that doesn’t change the fact that I’m ready to fall asleep the moment I get home!

I also miss my daughter fiercely but I can’t think about it too much or I’ll cry… but I feel like I barely see her, I see her in the morning for about an hour and then she gets home with her daddy in the evening and I only get 4 hour before its bed time! I just miss her… 5 hours a day is not enough time!!!

However, in only 11 weeks I’ll be done with school and out for the summer and I’ll have both my kiddos full time until august and then I’ll be teaching in my own classroom and getting paid! Man I miss having money… I miss having a salary!

11 more weeks and I’ll finally be done with college!!!

being back to the grind

It has been a crazy couple of weeks since I’ve been back! I have completed my third week recently and it has already been a doozy… So at the end of my very first week I find out that my grandfather passed away so that weekend we drove 450 miles to go the funeral stayed for 2 nights and on the third day drove the 450 miles back we put on over a 1000 miles on us with all the driving around once we got there! IT was exhausting so the day we got back was a tuesday and I was so exhausted from the trip and Dalton had a fever so I stayed home the extra day and went back to school on Thursday…

Week 2 complete and I missed over half of it! It was supposed to be a 3 day weekend and on Satuday I got a lot accomplished but by Sunday I felt like I’d been hit by a bus labeled the flu so I spent my 3 day weekend in bed… Tuesday rolled around I went to school but feeling super dizzy and sick! Last weekend I went to school and got it all done but I was miserable the whole week! Pumping 3x a day and on one of those days I had to leave 15 minutes early because Dalton had an ENT appointment to check on his tubes which is a whole post itself waiting to be written!

It has only been 3 weeks and I feel like I haven’t had a chance to catch my breath! Both kiddos have gotten sick so I’ve had to get up an hour early to get them both breather treatments on the nebulizer and sleep hasn’t been that great last night was my first night of sleep that I got like a 6 hour stretch so I felt so wonderful today that I worked in the garden and planted a bunch of seeds…

12 more weeks to go and I will be done with student teaching and get a super long summer break with the kids! Thank goodness!!!
